How is a monthly porta potty rental billed?
A monthly porta potty rental is billed every 28 days, not by calendar month. Each 28-day cycle covers the unit and one service visit per week, so four visits per cycle. Delivery and pickup are one-time charges. Billing stops the day you request pickup.
| Item | When it is charged | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Unit + weekly service | Start of each 28-day cycle | 4 service visits per cycle |
| Delivery | Once, at the start | Rush fee only for same-day requests off-route |
| Pickup | Once, at the end | Billing stops on the request date |
| Extra service visit | When requested | For heat, big crews or events |
| Damage (fire, tip-over, graffiti) | Only if it happens | Normal wear is never charged |
What happens on each weekly service visit?
Each weekly service visit pumps the waste tank, adds fresh deodorizer, scrubs the seat, urinal, floor and walls, and restocks toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Handwashing stations are refilled with fresh water and restocked with soap and towels. The tech leaves a dated service record.
Your service day stays the same each week, so crews know when to expect the truck. Need it moved? Call and the next visit can shift it.

Can I extend or end a rental early?
A rental can be extended with one call or text, and there is no new delivery charge. A rental can end any day: call or text for pickup and billing stops that day. Give us 24 hours' notice to extend before a scheduled pickup.
Seasonal sites such as summer camps, harvest blocks and fairground lots can book a fixed start and end date up front.

How much is a monthly porta potty in Petaluma?
A standard monthly unit typically runs $195–$295 per 28-day cycle with weekly service, plus one-time delivery and pickup of about $75–$125.
Why 28 days and not a month?
Service runs weekly, so a 28-day cycle holds exactly four service visits. That keeps every bill the same.
Is there a discount for more than one unit?
Multi-unit sites get a lower per-unit rate because one truck services all units on one stop. Ask for the multi-unit price.
Can I pay by invoice?
Contractor and agency accounts can pay by emailed invoice. Homeowners usually pay by card on file each cycle.
Do you service units on holidays?
If your service day lands on a holiday, we service the day before or after and tell you in advance.
