This policy explains what BioVault Portable Rentals collects through petalumaportapotty.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Quote form: delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count and phone number, plus the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls: calls to (707) 781-5587 may be recorded for quality and training.
- Basic analytics: page views and clicks on the call button, without names.
How the form works
Quote requests are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our dispatch email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule and service your rental and to bill you. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after 12 months. Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your California privacy rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@petalumaportapotty.com or calling (707) 781-5587. We will not treat you differently for asking.
