How many restrooms does a wedding need?
A 150-guest, 5-hour wedding with a bar needs 5 standard units: 3 for the headcount, 1 for running past 4 hours and 1 for alcohol. The same wedding can use one 2-station restroom trailer plus 2 flushing units instead. Include at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit in either plan.

Should I rent a restroom trailer or flushing porta potties?
Rent a restroom trailer when the venue has a 110-volt outlet, a level parking spot and a truck-wide road, and the budget allows. Rent flushing units with sinks when the site is remote, steep or has no power. Both look clean. The trailer adds running water, lights and mirrors.

Where should wedding restrooms go at a vineyard or ranch?
Wedding restrooms should sit 50 to 100 feet from the dining area, downwind and out of photo lines, on a firm path guests can walk at night. At Sonoma vineyards and Petaluma ranches, gravel lanes near the barn usually work best, with a light on the path.

- From November to April, avoid wet lawn; use gravel or plywood.

What does wedding restroom rental cost?
Flushing units with sinks typically run $275–$395 each for an event weekend. A 2-station trailer typically runs $1,200–$1,800 and a 3-station luxury trailer $2,000–$3,500, with delivery and pickup on the quote.
How early should we book?
Book 4 to 8 weeks ahead for May to October weekends. Trailers sell out first. You can reserve a year ahead, and cancellation is free up to 48 hours before delivery.
Do you deliver the day before?
We deliver the day before and pick up the next business day, so setup never collides with the ceremony.
Can we get an attendant?
An attendant can be booked for weddings over 200 guests to restock and tidy during the reception.
Our venue is a private ranch with no power. What works?
Flushing units with sinks need no power or water. If you want a trailer, we quote a quiet generator with it.
