Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to every rental from BioVault Portable Rentals ("we"). By booking, you ("the renter") agree to them.
Booking and payment
- A card on file reserves your date. Event rentals are charged when the booking is confirmed.
- Rentals longer than 28 days are billed at the start of each 28-day cycle. Each cycle includes weekly service.
- Delivery and pickup charges are shown on your quote. Same-day requests that require a truck to leave its route may carry a rush fee, stated before you book.
- Approved contractor and agency accounts may pay by invoice. Tax-exempt renters must provide a valid exemption certificate.
Renewal and extensions
- Monthly rentals renew automatically every 28 days until you request pickup.
- To extend an event rental, call or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are charged 50% of the cancelled units' rental.
- Once a unit is delivered, the event or first 28-day cycle is non-refundable.
Placement and access
- The renter chooses a firm, level spot within 25 feet of truck access and secures any permit required for street or sidewalk placement.
- If a driver cannot reach the spot or access is blocked, a return-trip fee may apply.
- Gate codes, keys and site contacts must be provided before delivery and service days.
Damage and loss
- Normal wear is never charged.
- The renter is responsible for loss, fire, vandalism, graffiti or tipping caused by anyone other than our staff, charged at repair or replacement cost.
- Do not move a unit yourself. Call and we move it.
- Trash, hazardous materials or chemicals in the tank may add a cleanup charge.
Pickup and stopping billing
- Call or text (707) 781-5587 to request pickup. Billing stops on the date of your request.
- We pick up on the next available route, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
