What comes inside a restroom trailer?
Our 2-station restroom trailer has two private rooms, each with a porcelain-style flushing toilet, a vanity sink with running water, a mirror, lighting and a ventilation fan. The 2-station trailer needs a standard 110-volt outdoor outlet within 100 feet. Our luxury trailer adds wood vanities and accent lighting.
| Rooms | 2 private stations (luxury model: 2–3) |
|---|---|
| Toilets | Flushing, full-size seat |
| Sinks | Vanity sink with running water in each room |
| Lighting | Interior LED; exterior step lights |
| Power | Standard 110 V, 15–20 A outlet within 100 ft |
| Water | Onboard fresh-water tank; garden hose hookup if available |
| Footprint | About 12 ft × 7 ft parking pad, 10 ft height clearance |
| Access | Truck and trailer need a 10 ft wide road and a turnaround |
Trailer measurements are approximate and confirmed for your date when you book. Ask for photos of the exact trailer.
Can a restroom trailer reach my venue?
A restroom trailer reaches a venue when the road is at least 10 feet wide with no branches lower than about 11 feet, and the parking spot is close to level. The trailer needs a standard outdoor outlet within 100 feet. Send a photo of the spot and we confirm before you book.
- Gravel, pavement or firm, dry grass. We level the trailer on its jacks.
- No outlet? We quote a quiet generator.
- Steps lead up to each door, so pair the trailer with a wheelchair-accessible unit on ground level.
How many guests does one restroom trailer serve?
One 2-station restroom trailer serves about 100 guests at a 5-hour event. A wedding of 150 guests with a bar needs one 2-station trailer plus 2 flushing units, or a 3-station luxury trailer. Weddings over 200 guests usually need two trailers or a trailer plus standard units for staff.
| Guests (5 hours, bar) | Suggested setup |
|---|---|
| Up to 100 | 1 two-station trailer + 1 accessible unit |
| 101–150 | 1 two-station trailer + 2 flushing units + 1 accessible unit |
| 151–250 | 1 luxury 3-station trailer + 2 flushing units + 1 accessible unit |
| 250+ | 2 trailers + accessible unit + handwashing station |

How is a restroom trailer serviced at an event?
A restroom trailer arrives detailed, stocked with paper, soap and towels, and filled with fresh water. For a one-day wedding it needs no service. For weekend events, we pump the waste tank, refill water and restock between days. An attendant can be booked for 200+ guest events.

How much does a restroom trailer cost to rent?
A 2-station restroom trailer typically runs $1,200–$1,800 for an event weekend with delivery, setup and pickup. A 3-station luxury trailer typically runs $2,000–$3,500. Generators and attendants are quoted separately.
How far ahead should I book a trailer?
Book 4 to 8 weeks ahead for May through October weekends, when Sonoma and Napa weddings book trailers first. Off-season dates can often be booked 1 to 2 weeks out.
Does the trailer need water?
An onboard tank supplies the toilets and sinks. A garden hose hookup lets the tank top up for long events, but it is not required.
Is a restroom trailer accessible to wheelchairs?
Our trailers have steps, so pair them with a ground-level wheelchair-accessible unit.
When is the trailer delivered and picked up?
We deliver the day before your event and pick up the next business day, so setup never collides with guests.
